Meet the Team

Parks Dental Surgery has six fully qualified dental surgeons, two hygienist as well as a comprehensive team of dental support staff

Dental Surgeons


Dr Michael Park

Dr Michael Park qualified from The University of Newcastle Upon Tyne in 1989 and began work in a vocational training practice in the North East of England. After two years he left England to return to his hometown and bought over a single-handed dental practice in Regent Street. Michael himself, became a vocational trainer for dental graduates and he has special interests in complex cosmetic dentistry and sedation for nervous patients.

Dr Elizabeth Park

Dr Elizabeth Park qualified from The University of Newcastle Upon Tyne in 1991 and joined her husband at their dental practice in Regent Street shortly after. She has a special interest in the treatment of the nervous patient and has been carrying out sedation for over 15 years. As she now has family commitments, her hours are on a part-time basis although she also spends time on practice management.

Dr Beverley Graham

Dr Beverley Ann Graham graduated from Newcastle Upon Tyne dental school in 1996. She began working at Parks Surgery in 1998. She provides sedation for anxious patients and enjoys doing dental cosmetic makeovers.

Dr Mark Donnelly

Mark qualified from Queens University, Belfast in July 2004. In his first 2 years he was based in general practice in Maghera. During these 2 years he completed a 6 month attachment working in the Community Dental Service, and a 6 month attachment in Altnagelvin hospital, split between the orthodontic and oral and maxillofacial surgery departments.
Having joined the practice as associate in July 2006 Mark provides a full range of treatments, with a particular interest in preventive approaches to dentistry.

Dr Mary McMorrow

Mary qualified from Queen's University in 2004, and worked in a practice in Liverpool for a year before returning to work in Belfast. She enjoys all aspects of general practice dentistry, and has a special interest in aesthetic dentistry and preventative dentistry.

Dr Joanne Rafferty

Joanne graduated from Queen's university Belfast 2004 with Distinction and worked in general practice in Belfast. She then moved to Australia for 18 months and worked in Sydney Dental Hospital.

Joanne provides a full range of treatments and has a special interest in aesthetic cases.

Rachael

Rachael qualified from Guys Kings St Thomas Hospital, London as a Dental Hygienist in 2004 and returned to her homeland of Cornwall where she spent the last 6 years working in various practices furthering her knowledge and skills as a Dental Hygienist. She looks forward to a long career here in Northern Ireland and with us at Parks Dental Surgery.

Vilma Jonylaite

Vilma qualified as a dental hygienist in Lithuania in 2001. She worked for two years in a dental practice and then moved to Northern Ireland in 2003. Vilma provides professional cleaning of your teeth and advice on preventative techniques to ensure a healthy mouth.
